Why Agent Verification Is Required

Real estate fraud is common. Fake agents, duplicate listings, and misrepresented properties create risk for customers. Verified Estate exists to eliminate those risks.

Agents create an account using valid contact information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Agents upload government-issued identification for review.

Admin Review

Our team manually verifies documents and agent details.

Step 4

Approval & Badge

Approved agents receive a verified badge and can list properties.

What a “Verified Agent” Means

  • Identity documents have been reviewed
  • Account approved by an administrator
  • KYC verification completed
  • Eligible to submit properties for inspection
