Admin-Reviewed Listings

Every property on Verified Estate is manually reviewed by our admin team before it is made public.

Why Listings Are Admin-Reviewed

Unlike open marketplaces where anyone can post instantly, Verified Estate uses a controlled approval process. This helps eliminate fake listings, incorrect pricing, and misleading property information before users ever see it.

How the Admin Review Process Works

Step 1

Property Submission

Verified agents submit property details, images, pricing, and location.

Step 2

Data Validation

Admin checks pricing accuracy, property details, and image consistency.

Step 3

Risk & Compliance Review

Listings are reviewed for fraud risk, duplication, and policy compliance.

Step 4

Approval or Rejection

Approved listings go live. Rejected listings are sent back for correction.

What Admins Review Before Approval

  • Property title and description accuracy
  • Pricing consistency with market expectations
  • Image authenticity and relevance
  • Agent verification and KYC status
  • Location and address clarity

Listing Status Meanings

Pending Review

Property submitted and awaiting admin review.

Pending Inspection

Property requires physical inspection before approval.

Live

Property approved and visible to the public.

Rejected

Property failed review and must be corrected before resubmission.

Admin review improves listing quality but does not replace buyer due diligence. Users are advised to verify properties independently.
